Almost atomic elementary divisor domains with stable range one (in Ukrainian)

We prove that if for any almost atomic Bezout domain with stable range 1 the Dubrovin condition holds and every maximal nonprincipal ideal is an ideal then the Bezout domain is an elementary divisor domain.
