Generalization of a theorem of Anderson and Clunie (in Ukrainian)

Let $\Phi$ be a convex function concerning logarithm on $(1,\infty),$ $\Psi(2r)=O(\Phi(r)),$ $r\to\infty,$ $\rho(f(z))$ be a spherical derivative of meromorphic transcendental function $f,$ $T(r,f)$ be a Nevanlinna characteristic. If $\rho(f(z))=O(\Phi'(|z|)),$ $T(|z|,f)\ne O(\Phi(|z|)),$ $z\to \infty.$ Then $f$ has not exceptional Nevanlinna values. In the case, $\Phi(r)=\ln r$ we obtain a theorem of Anderson and Clunie.
