Representations of 
one-parameter equipped posets, II (in Russian)

The paper is the second part of the work devoted to a full classification of indecomposables of one-parameter equipped posets over the pair $({\Bbb R,\Bbb C})$. In this (final) publication with help of the developed in the first part machinary the representations of the mentioned posets are described and the main results are proved.
