Valiron-Titchmarsh type theorem for entire functions of finite logarithm order |

| Abstract |
Specify the exceptional set outside of it is found asymptotic
of the analytic branch of logarythm of the entire function with zeroes
on the ray.
According to the known asymptotic of the logarithm of module of the
entire function on this ray is establised the two-term's asymptotic of the
counting function of those zeroes.
