Reduction of matrices and simultaneous diagonalization of pairs of matrices over rings (in Ukrainian)

We consider the question of diagonalizability of matrices over rings with stable range 1 in localization by torsions in the sense of Komarnitskii and a reduction of pairs of matrices over everywhere adequate rings.
